Vintage Single Bit axe on a new 19 inch handle

This axe has been hung on a new American hickory handle. The handle has been hand sanded and treated with orange oil and beeswax to help preserve the strength and integrity of the handle and bring out the natural character inherent in the wood. This axe comes with a custom, handmade leather sheath.
