Leather axe or hatchet belt loop made from 8 oz veg tan leather and fastened with copper rivets . The leather was given a mahogany Fiebings Pro Dye and treated with Obenaufs Heavy Duty Leather Preservative . This is a heavy duty belt carrier able to handle most hatchets , hammers and small axes .
